Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lock In ("Lock In", "we", "us"), an AI studio that helps creators edit, caption, dub, schedule, publish and analyze short-form video. By using Lock In, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Lock In.

Connecting social accounts

You may connect third-party accounts (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and others) to publish content and view analytics. You authorize Lock In to access those accounts through each platform's official API solely to provide the features you use. You remain bound by each platform's own terms, and you can disconnect at any time.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and create. You grant Lock In the limited rights needed to process, store, edit, and — at your request — publish that content on your behalf. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and publish.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Lock In for unlawful, infringing, harmful or deceptive content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its providers' APIs.
  • Respect the rules and rate limits of any connected platform.

AI-generated output

Lock In uses AI to generate edits, captions and suggestions. Output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer & liability

Lock In is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Lock In and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
